Cancellation Policy

Please note, effective June 1st, 2023, the following Cancellation / No-Show Policy will take effect at Salon Evangelos & Alison Andrews Day Spa. Pre-Booking any future services will require a credit card on file*

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Your salon and spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask you respect our scheduling policies.  Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Any scheduled appointments cancelled within the 24-hour time period will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

Any appointments missed without canceling outside of the 24-hour time period will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. 

Late Appointment Arrival Policy

Clients showing up 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment time may be required to have their services adjusted. 

 Clients showing up 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time may be required to reschedule. 

 By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the above salon and spa policies.

A credit card is required to schedule an appointment. The credit card will not be charged unless a cancelation or no-show policy is violated.
